01 When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 4PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after the cut-off, or on a Sunday/public holiday, ships the next working day. You will get an SMS + email the moment your parcel leaves our Kottayam warehouse.
02 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs ₹40 when the order value is below ₹300. Shipping is free for orders of ₹300 or more.
03 Which couriers do you use?
We ship with Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post depending on your pin code, choosing the fastest reliable option for your area. Every shipment comes with an AWB number and a live tracking link.
04 What is your return & refund window?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method (5–7 working days to reflect). Damaged or leaking items are replaced free — just send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
05 Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver to 24,000+ pin codes across India, including most remote areas. If a courier can't reach you, our team will call to arrange the nearest pickup point or a full refund.
06 Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order number and the new address — we'll update it. Once a parcel is out for delivery, the address is locked by the courier.
