Delivery time varies depending on the location. Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information via SMS. Typically, tracking information becomes available 24 hours after the order is sent. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

We will email and SMS your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Typically, you will receive the tracking number one hour after the shipment.
