Delivery time varies depending on the location. Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information via SMS. Typically, tracking information becomes available 24 hours after the order is sent. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
