01 When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 4PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Kottayam warehouse. Orders after the cut-off, or on Sundays/holidays, ship the next working day.
02 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available across India on most pin codes. A small ₹40 handling fee applies to COD orders and is shown at checkout. Prepaid orders (UPI/card) skip the fee and often ship faster.
03 How do I track my order?
Head to the Track Order page and enter your order number (e.g. MH-426119) plus the email or phone used at checkout. You will also get a live tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is dispatched.
04 Can I return or replace a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will ship a free replacement — no questions asked.

Yes. Every formula is tested on solid, metallic, pearl, and matte finishes, plus glass, chrome, and PPF. For matte paint, skip glossy polishes and use our dedicated matte-safe range.
